at least my blood is thin!
So ... did I mention that I am from Arizona?
And that it was nearing the 80's there yesterday ... and sunny?
And that the picture above was taken last Wednesday here in Chi-town where the snow came in sideways and didn't stop until there was a full foot of it?
And that yesterday the high temperature was one lonely single digit and that that digit was ONE?
And that I prefer to count by tens?
Yeah ... maybe I did already mention that.

I need a parka just to look at that picture! Pass the hot chocolate and electric blanket!Glad to have you there but cant wait to have you back!
no words, just a "grimmish face" of "that looks toooo cold for me" at least your hearts nice and warm being with your dear Dubbs! miss you...
we had the whole 'sideways-snow' thing yesterday too! it didn't stick, though... it melted as soon as it landed, and our high is 30 or so, but right now, it's 19.
Completely clear today and 77...same Monday and Tuesday...but then a cold snap, 62 and partly cloudy...but it's a dry gorgeous...I'll take a little of that temperature difference come June...but even then I kind like the Pacific Ocean and fish tacos instead of Lake Michigan and pickled herring.
that looks super freez-o but also pretty cozy. i am sure miss dub is good for a little snuggle time.
wow! We have the coldest day of the year here in NY but I think you bet us! Stay warm!!
Brrrrr!!! Our friends from Chicago came to Phoenix for the weekend and were so sad to go home. Now I see why!
Hi Mary,
It's snowing here in NJ right now, but I don't think we'll get anything like this! We're supposed to get freezing rain, though, which is a whole 'nother kind of ickiness!
I had to laugh at your comment on my blog -- my daugher doesn't like chocolate either. :)
Have a wonderful week!
xoxo,
Mary
YIKES!!! I would not be able to handle that! I get cold if there is a slight breeze!
Oh it is so cold here today in England, we have frost and fog but no snow.
