They remind me of wool tweed.Nanette Merrillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05734358126338038553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3358747506035463552.post-47958455263499982482009-06-27T18:21:18.581-07:002009-06-27T18:21:18.581-07:00Both. Good job ~ and see, you proved it was possible to make two quilts at the same time! Everyone should do it!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06595778602443503596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3358747506035463552.post-24222661858691154932009-06-25T19:30:51.261-07:002009-06-25T19:30:51.261-07:00Okay...I need to reword this...I love them both......Okay...I need to reword this...I love them both...but love the first one best since I know the fabrics better. I really love the dark center posts on the second quilt...makes everything stand out! It is a lot of work to make two at once, but at least now you have two finishes!Sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17947050490192912888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3358747506035463552.post-17324496922686457162009-06-25T19:28:00.452-07:002009-06-25T19:28:00.452-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17947050490192912888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3358747506035463552.post-32630246099783678642009-06-25T08:26:22.755-07:002009-06-25T08:26:22.755-07:00i must admit... when i read that you were 2 doing ...i must admit... when i read that you were 2 doing quilts simultaneously, i thought you might just be crazy lol :P <3 but really, they both turned out beautiful!! :)Angyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17066757617844945309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3358747506035463552.post-21767558778712568312009-06-24T16:46:30.132-07:002009-06-24T16:46:30.132-07:00They are both beautiful, but I'm going to choo...They are both beautiful, but I'm going to choose the one with red in it as my favorite, because, well, red is one of my favorite colors! I think they are both very pretty though!

I'm making two quilts right now, but they are both in the same color scheme... matching quilts for my girls' beds.

(And I guess I'm not making them right now, actually, because I haven't been at the sewing machine since mid-May. Too many other things to do in the summer... sigh... I guess quilting is a winter thing for me!Gingerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07674527009400041533noreply@blogger.com
